1. License & Usage

AdminFlow Pro is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Upon purchase, you are granted a license key that entitles you to software updates and priority technical support for 1 year from the date of purchase.

2. Software Updates

Updates are included for free for 1 year. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically from your WordPress dashboard. After 1 year, the plugin will continue to function normally, but you will need to renew your license to continue receiving updates and support.

3. Support Services

Support is provided only for the original purchaser. We do not provide technical support directly to your clients. Support covers installation, bug fixes, and feature guidance. It does not cover general WordPress tutorials or deep customization of third-party plugins.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, we will issue a full refund. Please note that "change of mind" requests may not be eligible after the file has been downloaded.
