We confidently stand behind our product. If you experience an unresolvable technical issue within the first 14 days of purchase, we will refund 100% of your money. No questions asked.
Conditions for Refund
Due to the digital nature of AdminFlow Pro, we cannot retrieve the software once it has been downloaded. Therefore, refunds are granted under the following scenarios:
- The plugin is completely non-functional on a fresh WordPress installation.
- There is a critical conflict with a standard WordPress core feature that our support team refuses or fails to fix within 72 hours.
- The product description was misleading or did not deliver the features explicitly promised on our sales page.
When Refunds Are NOT Guaranteed
We reserve the right to decline refunds in the following situations to prevent abuse of our digital products:
- You simply "changed your mind" after downloading and installing the product.
- You do not have the sufficient technical knowledge to install a WordPress plugin.
- The plugin has a conflict with a highly unconventional, custom-coded third-party theme that does not follow WordPress standards.
- You ask for a refund simply because you refuse to let our support team attempt to fix your issue first.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via the Support page using the "Billing" subject line. Include your WooCommerce order number and a detailed explanation of the issue you are facing. Please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or PayPal balance after the refund has been processed.
